
Born on 07.09.2001 in the village of Senkovo, Kupyansky district. In 2017, he graduated from the 9th grade of the Kupyansky gymnasium. After graduating from the 9th grade, he entered the Chuguyevo-Babchansky Forestry Vocational College with a degree in forestry and graduated in 2020. After graduating from college, he worked at the Senkovo forestry of the State Enterprise "Kupyanskyi lishosp" as a forest foreman. From the age of 10 to 13, he was engaged in boxing at the Kupyansky Youth and Sports School, went to competitions, where he took 2nd and 3rd places, as evidenced by medals and certificates.

On April 19, 2021, Kupyansky was called up for military service in the National Guard of Ukraine by the Central Military District and the Joint Service of the Kharkiv Region in unit 3028 in the city of Kalynivka, Vinnytsia Region, where he signed a contract on August 27, 2021.
He served under contract as a grenade launcher in the 1st detachment of the 2nd operational platoon of the operational company (on armored vehicles) of the 1st operational battalion of the 14th operational brigade named after Ivan Bohun.

From 02/24/2022 to 08/16/2022, he participated in the defense of the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
From 08/17/2022 to 09/28/2022, he participated in the battles to defend the city of Severodonetsk.
From September 28, 2022, he performed combat missions near the settlement of Bilogorivka, Luhansk region, for which he received gratitude from the National Guard of Ukraine, for high achievements in service, initiative, and perseverance.


Marital status:
Mother: Olena Mykolaivna Goncharenko, lives in the village of Kochetok, Chuguiv district.
Sister: Ilona Romanivna Goncharenko, lives in the village of Kochetok.
Circumstances of death:
Died on October 22, 2022 as a result of an explosive injury near the village of Bilogorivka, Severodonetsk district, Luhansk region.
He was buried on October 29, 2022 in Kharkiv, cemetery 18, on the Alley of Glory.

By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 81/2023 of February 15, 2023, "for personal courage and selfless actions shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath" he was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd degree (posthumously).
