Financial support for entrepreneurs of the Chuhuyiv community

The Bureau of Investment Programs invites entrepreneurs from the Chuguiv community to participate in the program to develop their business.

Those enterprises and individual entrepreneurs that carry out their activities in the territory of the Chuhuiv community can participate in it.

The program to promote business development is carried out with the support of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Foundation, which is funded by the governments of the United Kingdom, Estonia, Canada, the Netherlands, the United States of America, Finland, Switzerland, and Sweden.

The applicant must meet the following requirements:

Be registered in accordance with the procedure established by law and/or carry out their activities on the territory of the Chuhuyiv territorial community.

Belong to the following categories: novice entrepreneurs, war veterans who were demobilized in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, IDPs starting economic activities in the territory of the Kharkiv region, where hostilities were or are ongoing, in particular the Chuhuiv territorial community (project participants who are officially registered within 10 working days after the announcement) or existing micro and small businesses.

The ultimate beneficial owners of the business are citizens of Ukraine.

At the time of signing the agreement (memorandum) on the transfer of financial assistance, the Applicants are registered in accordance with the procedure established by law and/or carry out their activities on the territory of one of the territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, where hostilities were or are being conducted, namely the Chuhuiv territorial community. In some cases, they are relocated within the Kharkiv region.

As of the date of submission of the Application, they are not actually located or conducting their business activities in the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, which is included in the list of territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, approved by the Ministry of Reintegration.

Do not conduct business activities and do not have subsidiaries in the territory of the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus and other countries included in the sanctions list.

The Applicant or the ultimate beneficial owner, member or participant (shareholder) of the legal entity – the Applicant is not a person to whom a sanction has been applied in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”.

The applicant has not been declared bankrupt in accordance with the procedure established by law and no liquidation proceedings have been opened against him.

Information about the Applicant's legal entity is not included in the Unified State Register of Persons Who Committed Corruption or Corruption-Related Offenses;

The Applicant's manager or the Applicant's individual has not been held legally liable for committing a corruption offense or an offense related to corruption;

The number of employees of the Applicant does not exceed 50 people at the time of submission of the Application.

The annual revenue from any activity of the Applicant does not exceed the equivalent of 10 million euros.

Applicants are provided with funding within the following limits:

– for business entities with up to 3 employees – up to 220,000 UAH;

– for business entities with 4 to 10 employees – up to UAH 440,000;

– for business entities with 11 to 50 employees – up to UAH 880,000; 

– for novice entrepreneurs, war veterans who were demobilized in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, IDPs starting economic activities in the territory of the Kharkiv region, namely the Chuhuiv territorial community (project participants who officially registered their entrepreneurial activity on the date of the competition closing or within two weeks after the announcement of the results) – up to 160,000 UAH.

Note: The level of funding directly depends on the degree of justification and feasibility of the proposed project.

The program does not provide funds for:

  • equipment, the installation of which is planned in territories that are: temporarily occupied, surrounded (blockade), where active hostilities are ongoing.

Funding will not be provided for the implementation of projects related to:

  • sale or transfer of production equipment to third parties, including under leasing terms after its acquisition during the implementation of the project;
  • production and trade in weapons, alcohol, tobacco products, drugs, gambling, expenses related to the sex industry, etc., or any other expenses that are not permitted by the current legislation of Ukraine.
