In accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 742/2025 «On the Awarding of State Awards of Ukraine on the Occasion of the Day of Education Workers», for a significant personal contribution to the development of national education, the training of qualified specialists, courage and dedication shown in protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, many years of fruitful pedagogical activity and high professionalism, the honorary title «Honored Artist of Ukraine» was awarded to NEPOMYASHCHY Volodymyr Ivanovich – director of the Chuguiv Children's Art School named after I.Yu. Repin.
Under the leadership of Volodymyr Nepomnyashchy, the Chuhuyiv Children's Art School named after I.Yu. Repin has become one of the leading centers of art education in the Kharkiv region. The school's students regularly win prizes at all-Ukrainian and international competitions, and graduates successfully continue their studies at art universities in the country.
