On March 26-27, 2026, a specialized training was held in Kyiv on the topic: "Integrated approach to working with victims of war and violence: identification, response, socio-psychological assistance and interdepartmental coordination.".

The event was organized as part of a project aimed at improving the physical and mental health of internally displaced persons, returnees, and vulnerable local populations affected by the war in the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine.

Representatives of the children's services of the Kharkiv region, including the Chuhuiv city territorial community, took part in the training. Over the course of two days, participants worked on improving their professional competence, exchanged experiences, and improved practical skills in providing socio-psychological assistance.

The main goal of the event was to strengthen the professional capacity of specialists, develop effective interagency cooperation in accordance with national standards and international recommendations, and improve the quality of assistance to victims, including children.

The training was an important step in strengthening support for the population affected by the war and contributed to the formation of a more coordinated system of response to today's challenges.
