Since January 11, housing under the e-Housing program has become more accessible to all military personnel – mobilized military personnel can now take out a mortgage for 3% per annum (as well as those serving under a contract).
Yulia Svyridenko announced this on January 27.
According to her, in order for the eOselya program to remain socially oriented, clear restrictions on the area of housing were established:
- apartment – up to 115.5 m²;
- house – up to 125.5 m².
«"In total, during the entire duration of the program, 23,039 Ukrainian families have their own home thanks to e-Housing. The program helps Ukrainian families buy their own housing at home, in Ukraine. Preferential conditions apply to all military personnel, police officers, teachers, doctors, scientists, veterans and their family members, and IDPs. The amount of preferential mortgages issued is over UAH 39.7 billion. In particular, 11,185 of them were able to purchase housing on favorable terms," she concluded.
