Every year, hundreds of young people undergo tests on the way to their dream of becoming an officer. The best of them join the ranks of cadets and take a military oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people. On December 9, a career orientation meeting was held for 11th grade students of the Chuguiv community with representatives of the KhNUPS.
Kozhedub National Air Force University carries out military educational activities to train military officers in the areas of military pilots, navigators, aviation combat control specialists, educational specialists, anti-aircraft missile troops of air defense, radio engineering troops, aviation engineering support, automated control systems and ground support for aviation flights and ACS, information and technical systems, metrology and information and measurement technologies. The faculties train military, civilian and foreign specialists who study at the educational and qualification levels of junior specialist, bachelor, specialist and master.
The university provides military training for cadets, officers and students. Students can study at the faculty of reserve officer training and obtain a military rank. The educational process at the university is based on a state order for cadets and officers, which is aimed at training qualified specialists, students - under a contract (paid form). Graduates receive a state-standard diploma. The university has a unique educational and material base to ensure the training and practical training of cadets. These are, first of all, specialized classrooms equipped with modern computer equipment, training models of weapons. To ensure that cadets acquire practical skills in their specialties, the university has a training center, a training airfield, a training complex, and a sports complex.
The educational process at the KhNUPS is aimed at forming a reliable defender of the Fatherland, a patriot, and a professional in military affairs.
