With the assistance of the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov, and the director of the civil defense department of the KHOVA, Ivan Sokol, several units of high-tech and expensive equipment from the German Federal Agency for Technical Assistance were transferred to the Chuguiv municipal workers. These are a device for searching for bursts in water and heating networks, a hydraulic press for dismantling rubble, and a deep vibrator for working with large volumes of concrete.
