A new initiative aimed at involving young people in work in local government bodies is being launched in the Chuguiv community. This was announced by the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, emphasizing that the development of the community is inextricably linked to the support of active and creative youth.
On December 11, a meeting was held at the city council with the most active representatives of the youth community, during which a new project was presented. Its main goal is to provide students and pupils with the opportunity to get to know the work of the municipality better.
The first stage provides for five positions for short-term internships lasting three working days. As Galina Minaeva noted, this is just the beginning, as such an initiative has great potential for forming the future human resource reserve of the community and for young people to gain practical experience.
The city authorities emphasize: today it is especially important to create conditions so that young people want to stay in their native community, have the opportunity to realize themselves, and feel their own significance in the development of Chuguiev.
«"We will do everything necessary so that those who succeed us are ready to take the fate of the community into their young and strong hands," concluded Halyna Minaeva.
