The competition is held to support and recognize the most socially significant and socially useful achievements of people in various fields of activity and to encourage further active participation in the public life of the Chuguiv urban territorial community.
The criterion for determining the winners of the Competition is the candidate's personal achievements in professional activity in the relevant field during 2025. In this case, the candidates' achievements in previous years may also be taken into account.
The competition is held in the following categories:
- «"Social worker";
- «"Medical worker";
- «"Education worker";
- «"Culture and art worker";
- «"Production worker";
- «"Agricultural worker";
- «"Housing and communal services worker";
- «"Entrepreneur";
- «"Local government official";
- «"Athlete";
- «"Defender";
- «"Employee of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine/Police Officer";
- «"Patron of the Year";
- «"Secondary school student";
- «"Young Talent";
- «"Public leader.".
To participate in the Competition, the following documents must be submitted to the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Chuguiv City Council:
- participant registration card;
- a petition, which must contain a list of the specific achievements of the person in question;
- copies of documents confirming achievements in 2025 and significant achievements in previous years (in printed form);
- photo card (5x6);
- consent to the collection, processing and storage of personal data.
Other materials that will help reveal the candidate's achievements may be added to the above list of documents.
Applications for participation in the Competition are accepted until March 2, 2026.
