The Chuguiv City Military Administration appeals to the owners of private households to take care of the availability and proper condition of address plates with house numbers.
In emergencies, every minute counts. Rescuers, emergency medical teams, police and other emergency services need to find the right address as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the absence of house numbers or their poor visibility often makes the search difficult, which can lead to the loss of valuable time.
Please check whether:
- a number plate is installed on the house;
- the number is clearly readable from the roadway both during the day and at night;
- the sign is not covered by trees, a fence, advertising structures or other objects.
If the number plate is missing or damaged, please install a new plate as soon as possible. This is a simple step that can help emergency services arrive on time and save lives or property.
