BLOOM: Apply for a new program to support Ukrainian households and businesses

The "Creating Livelihoods and Opportunities for Optimized Markets" program is launching in eight regions of Ukraine, including:

– Chernihiv 

– Dnipropetrovsk 

– Kharkiv 

– Kherson 

– Mykolaivska 

– Odesa 

– Sumy 

– Zaporizhzhia

It aims to support internally displaced persons (IDPs), local communities and small businesses affected by the war. BLOOM will help Ukrainians reduce their dependence on humanitarian aid, create new income opportunities and integrate into local economic processes. Particular attention will be paid to women, people with disabilities, national minorities, veterans, people aged 50+ and representatives of the LGBTIQ+ community.

The program provides financial assistance of $$17,000 to $$30,000 for affected SMEs, provided for the purchase of fixed assets.
