More opportunities for veteran business in the Kharkiv region – the «DOVIRA» grant project has been expanded

More opportunities for veteran businesses in the Kharkiv region. The "DOVIRA" grant project has been expanded. Entrepreneurs from most communities in the region can apply (taking into account security restrictions).

If you are a veteran discharged from military service after February 24, 2022, a member of their family, or the family of a deceased or missing person, this opportunity is for you.

Participants will receive:

  • up to 216 thousand hryvnias for the development of an existing business
  • training in key aspects of business management
  • mentoring support at all stages

The program is aimed at those who already have a business and want to strengthen or scale it.

The application deadline has been extended to July 15, 2026. This is additional time to calmly prepare documents.

Important: Due to the security situation, submission is not possible for all communities in the region. Applications are not accepted from areas of active hostilities and communities with limited access or increased risk to life and business, in particular: Zolochivska, Dergachivska, Lipetsk, Vovchanska, Vilhuvatska, Dvorichanska, Petropavlivska, Kindrashivska, Kup'yanska, Kurylivska, Borivska, Tsyrkunivska, Starosaltivska.
