The "Single Window of Services" service from the State Employment Service has united 459 support programs for IDPs, people with disabilities, and veterans working in the regions of Ukraine. Now all information about the services of the service and other non-governmental and public organizations is collected in one place.

Thanks to the "Single Window of Services", the State Employment Service has organized data on support programs for vulnerable categories of citizens and united around them not only regional centers, but also municipal institutions, charitable foundations, non-governmental and public organizations, and international partners.

This allows people to receive information about various social services and support from non-governmental organizations, as well as consultations and assistance that directly affect their future professional life, education, employment, starting their own business, etc. For example, internally displaced people can find out where to get humanitarian, material, legal or psychological assistance, renew documents, etc., veterans will find information about the possibilities of adapting military experience to civilian life or opening their own business or obtaining a new civilian profession, and partner organizations will provide people with disabilities with the assistance they need.

A person can independently obtain information about assistance in their region and community. To do this, go to the "Single Window of Services" link on the website of the State Employment Service, where data on partner organizations offering their social services is posted.

You should select the region, district, and community from the drop-down list and indicate who is seeking help: an IDP, a combatant, or a person with a disability. Then click the "search" option. The system will provide a list of organizations, types of services, and contact numbers.

In addition, public organizations can submit their data to the portal themselves and, after verification, become partners of the employment service.

To learn more about the possibilities of state and public assistance programs, which are united by the "Single Window of Services" service, you should contact the employment center in the nearest city. Also, by contacting the nearest employment center, you can receive not only support in employment and career counseling, but also information on:

  • document recovery;
  • humanitarian and psychological assistance,
  • social protection,
  • obtaining housing,
  • medical care,
  • grants for developing and starting your own business,
  • free training and retraining.

Specialists will talk to the visitor, take into account their situation and needs, and develop a personal action plan. The employment center will assess which services they can provide themselves and which ones they will involve partner organizations for.

The addresses and telephone numbers of regional branches are in the "Contacts" section on the website of the State Employment Service.
