«"Pulse" is an online platform for collecting feedback from businesses about their interaction with the state.
Now every entrepreneur can evaluate the services provided by the state.
How will this work?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of services, or vice versa, you are satisfied, leave your feedback on "Pulse". The application will be taken into work to fix the problem, and the entrepreneur will receive an answer to his request in the online office.
Business feedback is being digitized. Based on it, the so-called Entrepreneur Satisfaction Score will be formed.
At the beta testing stage, 22 government agencies can be evaluated, and their number will gradually increase.
«"Pulse"» is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, which was initiated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the winter.
