16 Chuguiv entrepreneurs received free equipment for a total of UAH 4 million as part of grant assistance with the support of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Foundation.
Three months ago, the Bureau of Investment Programs, with the support of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Foundation, launched this project, under which entrepreneurs from two communities under constant shelling were able to apply for grant funding to purchase equipment.
The program, aimed at business development, is implemented with the support of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Foundation, which is funded by the governments of the United Kingdom, Estonia, Canada, the Netherlands, the United States of America, Finland, Switzerland, and Sweden.
As a result, 16 Chuguiv entrepreneurs received free equipment for a total of UAH 4 million as part of grant assistance.
This week, informal communication between representatives of the business community and the head of the Chuguiv MBA Galina Minaeva took place as part of a training program for entrepreneurs of the Chuguiv and Chkalovsk communities. During the conversation with entrepreneurs, Galina Minaeva emphasized that now, during the great war, the role of business in the economic life of the community is decisive. And it is very pleasing that over the past six months, despite all the hardships of wartime, the Chuguiv business community has been replenished with 150 new registered entrepreneurs.
“This means that we, as the city authorities, are on the right track, and our policy of comprehensive business support is bringing positive results,” the head of the MBA noted.
– I would like to express my immense gratitude to our permanent and reliable partners – the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Foundation and personally its head Hanna Onyshchenko, the Foundation’s representatives Iryna Ivanova, Kristina Lizohubova and the regional program coordinator Yaroslav Sazonov, – wrote Halyna Minaeva in her Telegram channel and noted that the cooperation of the Chuhuiv City Council with the Foundation already has a fairly solid history. It was thanks to it that the community managed to promptly eliminate the consequences of shelling of social infrastructure facilities, create children's spaces, furnish medical institutions with furniture and equipment, and significantly strengthen the material base of municipal enterprises with new equipment.
We hope that in the future, the cooperation of the Chuhuiv community with the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Foundation will only deepen.
