On the eve of the City Day, the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, and the head of the Chuguiv RTCC and SP, Oleksandr Kurichenkov, presented state awards to residents of the Chuguiv community - military personnel who, in a difficult time for the state, went to defend their native land from the Russian occupiers, and worthily performed and are performing their military and civic duty.
In accordance with the Decrees of the President of Ukraine, Captain Igor Dvorkin and Junior Sergeant Bohdan Bondar were awarded the "Defender of the Fatherland" medals for personal courage shown in protecting the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and selfless performance of military duty.
According to the Order of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Andriy Kolisnyk was awarded the medal "For Serious Wounding" for being wounded while defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
