The municipal enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" announces its intention to change tariffs

The municipal enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" announces its intention to change tariffs and informs consumers of the estimated single-rate tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and supply, and the service of supplying thermal energy for budget institutions and organizations and self-financing consumers:

The municipal enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" calculated tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and supply, and for the service of supplying thermal energy for the period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. The calculation of tariffs was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Procedure for the Formation of Tariffs for Thermal Energy, Its Production, Transportation and Supply, and Services for Supplying Thermal Energy" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 1, 2011 No. 869 (as amended).

            Annual review of thermal energy tariffs and tariffs for the supply of thermal energy for all categories of consumers is required by "Order 869" (clauses 96, 98).

Planned tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and supply, and thermal energy supply service for 2024/2025 are calculated separately:

for consumers who receive thermal energy from central heating points (CTP);

for consumers who receive thermal energy without the help of a district heating system.

The tariff for the thermal energy supply service is equal to the thermal energy tariff.

Planned single-rate tariffs for thermal energy, for the thermal energy supply service:

     1) Tariff for consumers to whom thermal energy is supplied using the CTP

for other (self-financing) consumers 4647.40 hryvnias/1 Gcal (including VAT). 

Tariffs for houses that receive heat energy from central heating points (CTP)) more on the amount of costs for the maintenance and service of these central processing units.

Dynamics of tariff changes (ratio of planned tariffs to current ones) is given in the table:

The increase in tariffs for budget institutions and organizations by 10 % for consumers with central heating and 12.3 % for consumers without central heating, as well as the increase in tariffs for other consumers by 7% with central heating and 9.1% without central heating is caused by an increase in the price of electricity by 14.4%, water by 19.3%, sewage by 13.6%, and a salary increase of 25.4%.

  The structure of the single-rate tariff for thermal energy, a service for the supply of thermal energy for budget institutions and self-financing consumers who receive thermal energy using central heating systems is presented in the table:

The specific weight of gas in the tariff structure for budget and other consumers who receive heat energy with the help of a central heating system is 46.6%, without the help of a central heating system it is 47.2%. Natural gas is the largest component of heat energy tariffs. The total amount of material costs in heat energy tariffs is 65.7%. Labor costs are 10.3%. The profit component in heat energy tariffs is 3.4%.

The municipal enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" accepts comments and suggestions regarding the intention of the municipal enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" to change tariffs until July 12, 2024 (inclusive) at the address:
