From 06/25/2024, after clarifying their account details at the Central Registration Center, Ukrainians will be able to receive a military registration document with a QR code - the validity of the document will be checked using it. The document will be generated if the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obligees and Reservists contains all the necessary information about the applicant.
How does it work?
A Ukrainian man or woman subject to military service comes to the ASN, provides current data about themselves and confirms them, the administrator enters the data into the electronic system, the information is automatically uploaded to Oberig, and the applicant receives a military registration document with a QR code.
At your request, the administrator will send a PDF file of the generated military registration document to your email or print it out immediately. It has the same legal force as the document in electronic form, so choose for yourself which option is more convenient.
If you previously received an extract with a seal and signature confirming the data clarification, you can contact the ASN again and receive a new one with a QR code. The document is valid for 1 year from the date of formation.
