As reported during the briefing by Anton Korotovsky, Director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Kharkiv Regional Administrative Organization, more than UAH 1.7 billion has already been credited to applicants for the repair of housing damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
«"A decision was made to provide compensation and transferred for payment to 1,550 applicants, which includes 1,001 TP3T of the cost of repairs of category A and 701 TP3T of the cost of repairs of category B. The number of decisions made to refuse to provide compensation is 7,885 units. The total amount of payments assigned is 262 million 957 thousand UAH," says Anton Korotovsky.
The commission in 31 territorial communities received 574 notifications about the completion of category A and B repair work and 394 notifications about conducting interim verification for category B repairs in order to receive the 2nd payment.
After conducting an interim verification of 197 applications, the commissions approved the payment of the 2nd payment for category B repairs, of which 163 applications have already received the 2nd payment for a total amount of UAH 16 million 946 thousand, and for 2 applications it was established that the applicants are not entitled to the payment of the 2nd payment due to misuse of funds.
«"In 34 territorial communities, commissions have formed 2,209 certificates for the provision of compensation for destroyed property in the amount of 3 billion 198 million UAH. In 11 territorial communities, a decision has been approved to provide monetary compensation for the construction of new housing in the amount of 105 million 710 thousand UAH. The provision of compensation has been resumed for 1,940 applicants," adds the director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture.
To date, 484 real estate objects have been purchased in the Kharkiv region using housing certificates. The cost of the purchased housing is 809 million 719 thousand UAH, of which 797 million 719 thousand UAH was paid for housing certificates.
More than 670 compensation recipients have already used housing certificates.
In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the region, 34,409 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyum, Kharkiv, and Chuhuiv districts of the region.
