Please note that there is now a simplified mechanism for applying for a housing subsidy, without collecting certificates and spending time filling out a declaration.
The applicant can submit a simplified application, and the Pension Fund of Ukraine will issue the application and declaration based on the information available in official registers.
You can submit a simplified application for a subsidy (or an application and declaration, if you decide to submit a full package of documents):
- by mail or in person at one of the service centers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU);
- via the electronic services portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua/ (select the option "Application for housing subsidy or benefit") or the PFU mobile application;
- through the Diya portal (by entering «Subsidy Application» in the search);
- in administrative service centers;
- through authorized persons of the executive body of the village, settlement, city council.
