As noted by the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov, the primary task of the authorities remains the safety of citizens in the region, as the enemy continues to strike at civilian infrastructure, in particular, at recreation centers.
«"The State Commission on Energy, Water and Emergency Situations recommended banning public recreation on water bodies throughout the Kharkiv region. We will duplicate the decision for the communities of the region. If there is an opportunity to prepare places for mass recreation somewhere, we will consider this issue individually," said Oleg Synegubov.
During the meeting, the functioning of the Nezlamnosti Points was discussed and the algorithm of actions for the summer period of 2024 was determined. Oleg Synegubov instructed the heads of the RBA and heads of communities to approve a list with the work schedules of the Nezlamnosti Points for the summer period with the possibility of providing basic services for people. In addition, he set the task of providing a list of Nezlamnosti Points that have been brought to a state ready for opening.
They also reviewed the status of maintenance and creation of water intake points for firefighting in settlements and the status of fire-fighting water supply in the Kharkiv region. Thus, the leadership of districts and communities was instructed to carry out work on repairing faulty water towers, fire hydrants, etc.
