Heroes' Day of Ukraine is a proud and at the same time sad holiday. After all, life is so arranged that heroic deeds cost a lot. And the price for them is sometimes the highest - human life. Each of us must always remember that it is thanks to our fallen Heroes that we all live.
This is how the celebration of Heroes' Day in the Chuguiv community began on the Alley of Memory of Fallen Soldiers at the New Cemetery. The heads of the Kharkiv regional, Chuguiv city and district military administrations, commanders of our glorious military formations, as well as heads of law enforcement agencies gathered here today to honor the memory of the Heroes who gave their lives defending their native land from Russian invaders.
The event began with a moment of silence, after which those present laid flowers at the memorial stele.
