On May 22, at around 08:00, the Russians fired two S-400 air defense missiles at the city of Chuguev. A kindergarten building was destroyed as a result of the direct hit. The blast wave damaged windows, doors, balcony frames, and ceilings in nearby buildings.
Eight people suffered blast injuries and acute stress reactions: 28- and 67-year-old men, as well as six women.
The investigative and operational group of the Chuhuiv RUP of the Main Police Department in the Kharkiv region, forensic experts and explosives technicians are working at the scene.
