Today, unfortunately, I have a bad reason to address you. In the morning, when the residents of Chuguev were starting their next working day, the enemy launched a missile strike in the very center of the city. The main target of the villains was a "critical strategic military facility" - a kindergarten. It was completely destroyed. Surrounding residential buildings, commercial facilities, and office buildings were damaged. Unfortunately, we also have injured residents of the community. The enemy launched its strike during rush hour, when hundreds of residents were in the city center, hurrying about their business. Thank God that this time there were no casualties.
The consequences of the shelling are currently being eliminated. I would like to thank our emergency and municipal services, as well as charitable organizations, for their promptness, which are already providing assistance to residents whose homes have been damaged. I urge you, dear compatriots, to be careful. I assure you: we will overcome today's challenge, which the Russians have thrown at us, as we have overcome all the previous ones.
