
According to the investigation, on May 22 at around 8:00 a.m., the Russian army launched missile strikes on the central part of the city of Chuguiv. A kindergarten was completely destroyed, and nearby residential buildings, shops, office premises, cars, administrative buildings, etc. were damaged.
8 people experienced acute stress and injury reactions, including two men aged 28 and 67 and six women.
According to preliminary data, the enemy struck the city with two S-400 missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
