
Born on July 8, 1993 in the city of Kharkiv, he lived with his parents in the village of Novopokrovka, Chuguiv district, where he graduated from school. After marriage, he lived in the city of Chuguiv.

During Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Volodymyr voluntarily joined the defense of his state. On July 9, 2022, after receiving a summons, he was mobilized by the Chuguiv RTCC and SP and sent to the 25th Separate Airborne Sicheslav Brigade.
Immediately after mobilization, he went to study in the UK. The brigade returned home in 21 days. After returning to Ukraine, they were only on the front line. He participated in the liberation of the hottest spots: Izyum, Kharkiv region, and Lyman, Donetsk region.
In October 2022, he came under fire and received a shrapnel wound to his thigh and two contusions. He was treated for a month, celebrated Christmas and New Year with his family, and, without waiting for full rehabilitation, returned to the front.

Marital status:
Volodymyr's family lost their father, so his mother raised three children alone. He had an older brother and a younger sister. Volodymyr's stepfather is a veteran of the war in Afghanistan.
Volodymyr Novachenko is survived by his ex-wife. Son: Novachenko Yegor, born in 2016, lives in the city of Chuguiv.

Circumstances of death:
In early February 2023, the 25th OPDB repelled Russian attacks in the Kreminna direction. On March 1, 2023, he heroically died in an attack from enemy fire in the town of Kreminna, village of Chervonpopivka, Luhansk region, where he received injuries incompatible with life.
Volodymyr was buried in his native village of Novopokrovka.
