«"All the creative works of our contestants are worthy of victory" - this was the opinion expressed by the jury members during the summing up of the annual literary festival "Lilac May".
Olena Chernyshova, a member of the Writers' Union of Ukraine and a member of the jury, described the contestants' work this way: "Words are the outer wrapper of inner emotions." In fact, it is impossible to read poems and essays about what our compatriots have experienced since the beginning of the war without tears and burning emotions.
There were very heated debates! But a competition is a competition, and therefore the winners have been chosen!

1st place: Grigashiy Karina (13 years old, student of the Zarozhnensky Lyceum);
2nd place: Manko Yaroslav (10 years old, student of the Zarozhnensky Lyceum); Ovdienko Bohdan (10 years old, student of the Zarozhnensky Lyceum);
3rd place: Sukhinin Dmitry (17 years old, student of the Klugino-Bashkir Lyceum); Miroshnychenko Ksenia (17 years old, student of the Chuguyiv Lyceum No. 6).
«"PROSE – CHILDREN":
1st place: Bychkov Konstantin (15 years old, student of the Zarozhnensky Lyceum);
2nd place: Yaroslava Verkhoven (11 years old, student of the Zarozhnensky Lyceum); Nikita Verbytsky (16 years old, student of the Klugyno-Bashkyrivsky Lyceum);
3rd place: Chetveryakov Nikita (15 years old, student of the Chuguyiv Lyceum No. 7).
POETRY – ADULTS:
1st place: Volodymyr Mykolayovych Verkhoven (poet, translator, journalist, author of many collections of poems, books and a number of translations);
2nd place: Andreeva Valentina Grigorivna (director of the Kamyanoyaruz Lyceum, teacher of history and law);
3rd place: Yulia Olegovna Gorelkova (journalist).
The winner in the nomination «PROSE – ADULTS» was Nadiya Pavlovna Prologaeva (teacher of foreign literature at the Zarozhnensky Lyceum).
