Easter is that special time when our hearts and souls are filled with hope, mercy and joy. On this day I want to address you with words of support and hope. Unfortunately, this year we are again celebrating Easter in conditions of full-scale war. However, the great holiday gives us hope and unshakable faith that our prayers for peace will be heard and very soon we will feel the long-awaited joy of Victory!
The Easter holiday strengthens each of us spiritually and gives us an opportunity to fill our hearts with love and kindness. I wish each of us on this bright day to create our own little Easter miracle - to support those who need our help.
And let us remember that only thanks to our Armed Forces are we able to celebrate Easter at home. Today, in our prayers, we ask the Lord to preserve the lives of our defenders and grant us Victory over the enemy.
