
Born on 04/27/1966 in the village of Zarozhne, Chuguiv district. From 1973 to 1981 he studied at secondary school No. 5 in the city of Chuguiv. During 1981-1984 he studied at Chuguiv Vocational School-19, obtaining the profession of an electric welder. After graduating from the vocational school, he studied at the Kharkiv Guards Tank School during 1984-1988.

For some time he served in the Armed Forces. After his release, he went to serve in the police, and on January 15, 2020, he was called up to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine under a contract with the Chuhuiv RTCC and SP. He served as the commander of a mechanized platoon of the 54th separate mechanized brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa.
Died in battle on March 1, 2022. Place of burial unknown.
By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 597/2023 of September 28, 2023, "for personal courage shown in protecting the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty," he was awarded the Order of Bogdan Khmelnytsky, III degree (posthumously).
