Today, the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, held a meeting with the heads of institutions and organizations, on whose sustainable functioning the comfort of residents during the cold weather will directly depend. The emphasis in the reports was on problematic issues, because now is not the time to engage in complacency. And there are enough problems, and their main roots are the war with all its negative consequences, first of all, the destroyed energy system in the country. In the Chuguiv community, they are trying to build the work of each utility company in such a way as to make it as energy-efficient as possible and, if possible, energy-independent. After all, today, utility workers actually have two tasks: the first is to fulfill their direct duties in providing services to community residents, and the second is to ensure the uninterrupted provision of these services in conditions of energy instability. Everything possible is being done to solve these tasks.
Addressing the heads of housing and communal services enterprises, Galina Minaeva set a number of other, no less important tasks, including ensuring decent working conditions for workers, especially those who work around the clock in any weather, in sometimes extreme conditions.

I am confident in each of you, as in myself, – wrote Galina Minaeva in her Telegram channel. – And to all the residents of the Chuguiv community, I appeal. Friends, I understand the difficult financial conditions that many of us are in because of the war. However, only together, by paying housing and communal services on time, will we be able to hold the line of this communal front. I am sure: if we are united, neither Russian missiles nor any vagaries of the weather will overcome us!
