Play, but in a way that doesn't scare you. Do Ukrainian children have that opportunity now? When air raids scare you, when you feel sad because you feel how worried your parents are about the war.

Our children are sensitive and can't always cope with their emotions. So the task of adults is to support them and teach them to cope with all their feelings.

In the series of videos "Play and Don't Be Afraid," parents of children aged 2-6 will learn how to distract their little ones from worries and get them interested. How to teach children to distinguish emotions and cope with negative ones in an ecological way. How to calm down during air alarms and how to help a child in crisis situations. So that they can play and not be afraid.

The project was initiated by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Representative Office in Ukraine, UNICEF Ukraine, as part of the All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?". These recommendations will be presented by child psychologist Svitlana Roiz and singer Svitlana Tarabarova, together with preschool education expert Solomiya Boykovych.
