Employees of the water police sector of the Chuguiv District Police Department are conducting preventive work with supporters of “quiet hunting.”.

The work of law enforcement officers is aimed at identifying and stopping the facts of catching fish using prohibited methods, fishing in prohibited places, and other violations of fishing rules.

We are grateful to those who follow the rules, because it is very important to support the natural process of reproduction.

In addition, we remind residents of the Kharkiv region that currently, in the water bodies of our region, the catching of all aquatic bioresources through amateur, sport and industrial fishing is completely prohibited, and the navigation of small vessels, motor vessels, pleasure sailing vessels, pleasure boats, sports and high-speed vessels, as well as jet skis and water entertainment facilities is prohibited. Such a ban was adopted by the decision of the Regional Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies dated June 24, 2022 and will be in effect until the end of martial law.

We urge citizens to comply with the established norms of environmental legislation.
