Algorithm for extending residence payments for IDPs from March 1, 2024

If you belong to one of the specified categories, payments will be assigned AUTOMATICALLY for 6 months, no application is required

pensioners whose pension as of January 1, 2024 does not exceed UAH 9,444 (four subsistence minimums for persons who have lost their ability to work);
persons with disabilities of group I or II, children with disabilities under 18 years of age, seriously ill children (a detailed list is available in Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 94);
orphans and children deprived of parental care, persons among them under the age of 23, foster parents and adoptive parents.

If you do not belong to the above categories, you can use the algorithm and check whether you are eligible for benefits. by APPLICATION for another 6 months:

Do you live in a temporarily occupied territory?

if Yes – payments are not assigned

if No – see question 2

Are you one of those who have made significant expenditures or have in their possession living space, more than 13.65 m² per family member located in regions other than those from which they left (which are not occupied and there is no hostilities)? (the list of expenses is specified By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 332, attached)

if Yes– payments are not assigned

if No – see question 3

Do you belong to the following vulnerable groups? (categories listed in point 13)⁴

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 94 dated 01/26/2024)

pregnant woman after the 30th week of pregnancy (27th week of pregnancy - for women classified as categories I-IV of persons affected by the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident);
you are applying in the interests of a minor child who arrived unaccompanied by a legal representative

if Yes – payment is extended for 6 months

if No – see question 4

Does the income* per person in your family exceed UAH 9,444?

if Yes – payment is not assigned

if No– see question 5

*income can be considered, for example, salary, profit, for pensioners - pension

Are you a capable person?

if No and you are a person who has lost the ability to work, but is not entitled to a pension payment and/or receives state social assistance – payment is extended for 6 months

if Yes – see question 6

Have you moved (removed) from temporarily occupied territories or zones of possible hostilities after 01.01.2022? (list of territories specified By Order of the Ministry of Reintegration No. 309 from 12/22/2022)

if No – payment is not assigned

if Yes – see question 7

Are you caring for someone from a vulnerable population?
a person with a disability of group I;
a disabled child under 18 years of age;
a person with a disability of group I or II due to a mental disorder;
for a person who has reached the age of 80;
for a child suffering from serious illnesses (detailed list – in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 94)

if No – go to question 8.

if Yes – payment is extended for 6 months

Are there children in your family?

if No – payment is not assigned

*if your child is over 14 years old and you work – no benefit is granted

if Yes:

and your children study in educational institutions, including higher education institutions – see question 9
and your children under 14 years old – see question 10
and your children are under 14 years old or there are three or more children under 18 in the family and they cannot attend offline educational institutions - see question 11

Are you registered at an employment center?

if Yes – payment is extended for 6 months

if No – no payment is made

Are you employed?

if Yes – payment is extended for 6 months

if No – payment is not assigned

Does your family live in the area of (possible) hostilities? (list of territories is specified By Order of the Ministry of Reintegration No. 309 from 12/22/2022)

if Yes – payment is extended for 6 months

if No – see question 12
