A warm literary event entitled: "I will not overcome the Cossack clan!" was held at the Territorial Center for Social Services (provision of social services) for recipients of the "Social Adaptation" service.
Those present, visitors to the creative abilities studios of the day care department, were taken on a lyrical journey by a wonderful creative personality of our city, who has lived in the world of poetry and prose for many years, a ward of the Tercenter - Lyudmila Turovskaya.
This woman has come a long way alongside many of our literary stars, so her authorial heritage is filled with heartfelt memories. And, as often happens with creative people, the overflow of memories and emotions has come, and the time has come to present her inspiration to the public in the form of very sensitive, deep lyrics. Lyrics, in the sense of meaning, are what comes from the heart.
This year, Lyudmila Turovska became the winner of the city competition-festival "Lilac May", receiving diplomas in two nominations at once, which indicates a high creative potential that splashed out on the audience with a burst of energy, stirring thoughts and feelings.
Lyudmila Bronislavivna immersed the audience in the difficult days of her childhood, with a wide geography from Volyn to Slobozhanshchyna, which was later reflected in the worldview of the author of the works.
Those present listened to sonorous family poems about their grandfather's military career, about their singing, gentle grandmother, and about their father's military days.
The participants of the event enthusiastically received the story about the journalistic activity of the poetess. The presenter's memories touched on some of the names of our outstanding compatriots: O. Sharovka, I. Posokhov, V. Kuznetsova, S. Shumeiko. Of course, sensitive poems dedicated to colleagues were recited. Lyudmila Turovskaya also remembered Lyubov Surkova. She spoke about the layout of some books with features of the history of our city.
The triptych "In My House," written during the time of forced displacement to Poland, deeply touched those present. This work is filled with personal pain and hope.
The event featured competitive poems reflecting the realities of modern war, with faith in a bright future.
The event ended on a high positive note and was greatly enjoyed by all present, who openly applauded the presenter, and after the event, actively communicated with the poetess, expressing their impressions.
