The Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region reports that the Resolution of the CMU of May 15, 2026 No. 617 "Changes to the Features of Payment of Certain Types of State Assistance to Families with Children, Introduced in the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", changed the approach to the procedure for payment of certain types of state assistance to families with children.
According to the changes, a single special account is being introduced for the following types of "children's" payments: "Baby Package"; for caring for a child until he reaches one year of age; "e-Nursery"; "Schoolchild Package".
How will the payment be made?
▫️ If the application is submitted through the Diya Portal: the money is transferred to a current account with a special usage mode, to which an electronic payment instrument – Diya.Card, opened in one of the authorized banks, has been issued.
▫️ If the application is submitted in paper form: the money is transferred either to a current account with a special use mode, to which an electronic payment instrument - Diya.Kartka, opened at an authorized bank, has been issued, or to another special account opened at any authorized bank.
All previously opened accounts with a special use regime continue to operate in full - there is no need to re-register them. If a person has several special accounts open, the payment will be made to the one that was opened last.
Besides:
▪️ any restrictions on the terms of use of funds have been abolished;
▪️ special codes for categories of activities of business entities, which can be paid for from the funds of the specified benefits, have been unified.
