A bright and interesting holiday took place in the Chuguiv community - the competition "Grand Dames of the 3rd Generation University", which once again proved that activity, creativity, and the desire for self-realization have no age limits.
The 3rd Generation University operates under the Territorial Center for Social Services (provision of social services) of the Chuguiv City Council and has been uniting older people who seek to learn, develop, discover new talents, and lead an active public life for many years.
Given the security situation, the event was held in a shelter, but this did not prevent the creation of a truly festive, warm and friendly atmosphere. The organization of the competition was helped by the Charity Foundation "Posmishka UA", which joined the event and gave its participants and guests a good mood.
The Deputy Mayor of the city, Konstantin Barmin, came to congratulate the contestants, who thanked the students of the University of the 3rd Generation for their active life position, inexhaustible energy and desire to inspire others with their own example. He wished all the participants good health, well-being, new achievements and peaceful skies over Ukraine. The Head of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Chuguiv City Council, Olena Kurylenko, also addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech.
The competition program was rich and diverse. The audience got to know the participants during the presentation, where each of them told about herself, her hobbies and life values. The competition business card "I am a Grand Lady" caused particular admiration, in which the women revealed their individuality, sense of humor and creative abilities.
No less striking was the creative competition "Talent", where participants demonstrated their vocal, dance, poetic and other creative abilities, as well as the intellectual test "Wise Lady", during which the contestants impressed with their erudition, wit and life wisdom.
The special attention of the guests was attracted by the "Elegance" competition, in which the participants demonstrated sophistication, good taste and true feminine charm. A sincere and friendly atmosphere prevailed throughout the event, and the interactive numbers gave the attendees a lot of positive emotions.
The culmination of the holiday was the awarding of the contestants, which was held by the director of the Tercentr, Tetyana Semiletova. Not a single participant was left without a distinction - each received well-deserved applause, gifts, and words of gratitude for their courage, creativity, and zest for life.
Such events once again prove that the 3rd Generation University is not only an educational project of the Territorial Center for Social Services, but also a space for communication, self-realization, support, and new discoveries. It is here that friendships are born, talents are revealed, and the idea that life at any age can be active, rich, and full of bright events is confirmed.
The "Grand Ladies of the 3rd Generation University" celebration gave everyone present sincere smiles, a good mood, and reminded once again that true female beauty is wisdom, kindness, strength of spirit, and love of life.
