The Administrative Services Center of the Chuguiv City Council has implemented a Ukrainian Sign Language translation service for people with hearing impairments when providing services.
The service is activated after scanning the QR code.
Translation is carried out by qualified translators, a multi-channel line is in operation, which allows parallel calls to be processed and the waiting time for a connection with a translator to be minimized.
QR codes are placed at each administrator's workstation.

The service became possible thanks to the signed agreement between the Chuguiv City Council and the "Enterprise of the Citizens' Association "Center for Social Business".
