The Chuhuyiv community plans to implement a project to thermally modernize apartment buildings

On June 24, the head of the Chuhuiv city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, held a working meeting with the head of the UNHCR Kharkiv field office, Richard Evans. During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for implementing a new project aimed at thermal modernization of multi-apartment residential buildings in the Chuhuiv community.

During the negotiations, possible areas of cooperation and mechanisms for implementing the initiative aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the community's housing stock were considered.

The Chuguiv community has been cooperating with UNHCR for several years. During this time, thanks to the support of international partners, a number of important projects aimed at assisting residents and restoring damaged infrastructure have been implemented.

Thermal modernization of residential buildings is an important step not only towards energy conservation and rational use of resources, but also in creating more comfortable and safe living conditions for people.

The head of the city military administration thanked UNHCR for the consistent support of the Chuhuiv community, trust, and willingness for further cooperation.

«"I am confident that new successful joint projects await us ahead, which will contribute to the development of the community and improve the quality of life of its residents," noted Halyna Minaeva.
