The State Enterprise "SETAM" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the State Enterprise "SETAM"), informs that in accordance with the Procedure for the Sale of Arrested Property, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 29.09.2016 No. 2831/5, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 30.09.2016 under
No. 1301/29431 (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Procedure), in accordance with parts two and four of Article 61 of the Law of Ukraine dated 02.06.2016 «On Enforcement Proceedings», a number of electronic auctions were announced in the current month of 2026 through the state electronic auction platform OpenMarket of SE «SETAM» («Investment Digest No. 5», attached).
