The Chuguiv community accompanied soldier Litvinov Roman Mykolayovych, a sniper of the mechanized detachment of the 17th separate heavy mechanized Kryvyi Rih brigade named after Konstantin Pestushko, to his final journey. His combat path was an example of courage, true courage, and loyalty to the military oath.
Roman Litvinov has been missing since January 18, 2025, after a fierce battle near the village of Kruglenkoe, Kursk Oblast (Russia). For many months, his family and loved ones held on to hope, but their worst fears were confirmed — the soldier gave his life defending the future and freedom of Ukraine.
The Chuguiv City Military Administration, the Chuguiv City Council, its executive committee, and all residents of the community express their deepest condolences to the family, friends, and comrades-in-arms of the fallen Hero. No words can heal the wound of this loss, but the memory of his sacrificial feat will live forever in the annals of the military glory of our land.
