The municipal enterprise "Chuguyivvoda" informs that in the event of the expiration of the inter-verification interval of water metering devices (meters), billing for water supply and wastewater services will be carried out according to the established consumption standards in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Metrology and Metrological Activities» and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 440, it is established that:
• accounting means whose verification period expired after 02/24/2022 (the date of the start of the full-scale invasion and the introduction of martial law on the territory of Ukraine) may be temporarily used without verification;
• accounting instruments whose verification period expired before February 24, 2022 are subject to mandatory verification and cannot be used for commercial settlements without it.
We emphasize that water metering devices are subject to mandatory periodic verification at intervals of once every 4 years or replacement with a new metering device that has a valid verification.
In order to avoid charges based on consumption standards, please contact the subscriber department of the municipal enterprise "Chuguyivvoda" in a timely manner to unseal the water metering device and have it subsequently replaced or verified (at the consumer's request).
Citizens are accepted:
- Tuesday: from 07:30 to 16:30;
- Friday: from 07:30 to 15:30.
