Lawyers of the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation "Right to Protection" on March 11, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the address: Chuguiv, Staronikolska St., 37, will hold a meeting with residents on the provision of free legal assistance.
During the meeting, lawyers will provide advice on issues related to the procedure for recording damage and providing compensation for damaged/destroyed property as a result of the attack by UAVs on March 7, 2026.
In addition, legal advice will be provided on the following issues:
- procedure for obtaining the status of an internally displaced person;
- procedure for documenting damaged/destroyed housing;
- recognition of a person as a victim of war crimes;
- restoration of lost documents (passport, certificate of assignment of identification number, documents regarding ownership);
- injuries/deaths as a result of hostilities, missing in combat zones (except for military personnel);
- establishing the fact of birth/death in the temporarily occupied territories;
- the procedure for assigning housing assistance to internally displaced persons and persons affected by the military conflict (problematic issues with assignment, delays, refusals to pay);
- pension issues (restoration of pension payments, repayment of debts, conditions of appointment);
- submitting applications to the International Register of Losses;
- providing partial compensation for the value of property of business entities, partial compensation for insurance premiums under insurance contracts against war risks.
