If you have already celebrated your birthday this year and are 40 years old or older, don't delay taking care of yourself. Take part in the national program "Health Screening 40+".
You can apply in two ways:
- via the "Action" application«
- or through the ASC if you do not use the application

Currently, more than 61 thousand Ukrainians aged 40+ have already applied for the program. The cards are already receiving support from the state, and participants are choosing medical facilities and undergoing screening — so as not to miss the important things. Don't miss out either.
Recall that "Health Screening 40+" is a national program that provides for the early detection of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and mental health disorders.
Screening is free: after submitting an application, the state provides 2,000 hryvnias for the examination.
