Attention low-income families with children (who receive state social assistance for low-income families) and families raising children with disabilities!

Dear residents of the Chuhuyiv urban territorial community!

From 03/06/2026 to 03/13/2026, applications will be accepted from low-income families with children and families raising a child with a disability (several children) to receive financial assistance from UNICEF.

Applications-questionnaires from citizens are accepted at the following address: Chuguiv, Staronikolska St., 20 A (room 14).

Working hours:

• Monday - Thursday: from 8:00 to 17:00

• Friday: from 8:00 to 16:00

• Saturday, Sunday - weekend

You must have with you:

• passport of the beneficiary;

• RNOKPP of all family members;

• bank account details of the beneficiary;

• certificate from the PFU on receiving assistance to low-income families (to confirm the status of a low-income family);

• medical certificate for a child with a disability.

If there are any changes to the procedure for providing assistance, additional notice will be provided.
