The search for new approaches to housing and communal services management, adapted to the challenges of wartime and modern trends in the development of the industry, is one of the priorities for the leadership of the Chuguiv community. Important support in this work is provided by Ukraine's international partners, in particular within the framework of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Program.
This is a multilateral donor initiative funded by the governments of the United Kingdom, Estonia, Canada, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, and Sweden and aimed at supporting frontline communities, restoring infrastructure, and strengthening resilience to Russian aggression.
On March 3, a new stage of cooperation between the Chuhuiv community and the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Program was launched - a founding online meeting was held to organize and conduct the training course "Modeling of water supply systems of territorial communities in the EPANET software complex", which is being implemented within the framework of the project "Public Administration and Infrastructure Restoration".
The head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, said that this project involves training community specialists in energy-efficient management of water supply networks, conducting their inventory and optimization. The main goal is to reduce water losses, reduce electricity costs, and solve the most pressing problems of the water supply and sewage system.
During the meeting, the participants familiarized themselves with the content and structure of the training program, agreed on the format and approximate schedule of classes, and discussed organizational and technical issues. The first meeting demonstrated the high professional level of the experts involved in the implementation of the initiative.
Halyna Minaeva expressed confidence that the new direction of cooperation with international partners will be as effective and beneficial for the community as previous joint projects.
