Chernivtsi Lyceum of Foreign Languages, Computer Science and Information Technologies is a private educational institution of the European format, which educates students from 1st to 11th grades.
The Lyceum is subordinate to the Department of Education of the Chernivtsi City Council.
The Department of Education and Science of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration issued the Lyceum licenses for the implementation of educational activities in the field of complete general secondary education - at the level of preschool education, primary education, basic secondary education, specialized secondary education. Studying foreign languages and computer technologies.
The Lyceum provides students with everything they need to obtain high-quality specialized secondary education, promotes in-depth study of foreign languages and computer technologies. We have set ourselves the goal of creating all the conditions for our students to start speaking and thinking in English and German, and to form a reliable foundation for their professional future in the IT field.
A unique school for studying English and German.
Chernivtsi Lyceum of Foreign Languages, Computer Science and Information Technologies in cooperation with the British International School and the Goethe-Institut in Ukraine is a unique school for studying English and German. Small groups, a friendly atmosphere, professionalism of teachers, interactive tools and modern interesting teaching methods will turn learning a foreign language into an exciting process. We have developed a unique training program for complete immersion in the English-speaking and German-speaking environment (including with native speakers).
State document on education.
After graduating from the Lyceum, students receive state-standard documents: a certificate of primary, basic, complete secondary education. A diploma of a specialist in information and computer technologies.
Training in the profession of "Information and Computer Technologies" takes place on the basis of the educational and practical center of IT technologies.
The Educational and Practical Center for IT Technologies has workshops with modern equipment, uses the latest technologies in its work, and is aimed at professional-practical and professional-theoretical training of Lyceum students.
Lyceum graduates have the opportunity to continue their studies at higher educational institutions in areas related to the use of information technologies.
Material and technical base.
Five-story educational building at ul. M. Cheremshina, 10-A, where there are 12 lecture auditoriums and 3 specialized laboratories. Modernly equipped: library, assembly hall, kitchen, dining room. The educational institution has two computer classes and a center of the latest information technologies, which are connected to the Internet.
Boarding house for students.
Three-story building of a boarding house for students at ul. Kramatorska, 1-V. The boarding house is a 24-hour facility. The boarding house has a very good material and technical base: a three-story building, an assembly hall, a modern library, a kitchen, a dining room, bedrooms and washrooms, several bathrooms and showers; a laundry room, a room for storing children's clothes, a lobby with a wardrobe. The occupancy of bedrooms is no more than 4 places. An outdoor sports ground, etc.
The possibility of students staying at the Lyceum around the clock.
Students are enrolled in the study regardless of their place of residence. Lyceum students are provided with three meals a day and housing with all household amenities. One of the constantly popular and important locations of the Lyceum is the dining room, which is located in the most convenient and accessible hall and is a model of Bukovina cuisine. High-quality food is organized, consisting only of natural and environmentally friendly products.
Small groups (no more than 15 children).
Classes are held in groups that are comfortable for the perception of information. Small groups, a friendly atmosphere, the professionalism of teachers, interactive tools and modern interesting teaching methods will allow you to turn the study of a foreign language and computer technologies into an exciting process. Our students are surrounded by a homely atmosphere and a friendly microclimate.
The Lyceum is a full-day educational institution where children are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Lyceum offers transportation services for students.
Creative circles for children and students.
A choir and various creative groups have been organized on the basis of the educational institution. The purpose of the groups is the comprehensive development of creative abilities and professional self-determination of young people, which will contribute to the growth of their intellectual level and spiritual and moral improvement.
Main areas of work in circles.
There are seven branches within the structure of “Student Circles”:
- Christian culture;
- biblical (Biblical history, Law of God);
- artistic (music, conducting, choral singing, drawing, icon painting, artistic embroidery, carving);
- foreign languages (English, German, Greek, Romanian);

- information and computer technologies;
- physical culture, sports and human health.
