Based on the order of the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, preventive raids are being conducted in the Chuguiv City Territorial Community. Their goal is to prevent juvenile delinquency, child neglect and homelessness, and to promptly identify children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and are evading school.
Another raid took place on February 12, 2026. Specialists visited families of guardians, foster parents, adoptive parents, as well as families in difficult life circumstances, conducted preventive conversations with parents and children, provided consultations, and no facts of violation of children's rights were identified.
