This was discussed during a meeting of the regional commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergencies chaired by the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov.
«"The region is under constant enemy fire. Given the difficult situation, we have decided to recognize the situation in the energy sector of the Kharkiv region as a regional emergency. We are initiating an appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to include the Kharkiv region in the government project SvitloDim," said Oleg Synegubov.
Within the framework of the SvitloDim state program, residents of frontline territories are given the opportunity to attract additional financial resources to increase the level of energy sustainability and uninterrupted functioning of key life support systems of apartment buildings:
- the state provides assistance from 100 to 300 thousand UAH for self-employed persons, housing and service cooperatives, and managers of apartment buildings of any form of ownership;
- funds can be spent on the purchase of generators, batteries, inverters and other energy equipment;
- Co-owner associations and building managers can submit an application online through Diya, and the applications are reviewed and approved by a commission under the Ministry of Development.
