"Energy support for individual entrepreneurs" up to UAH 15,000 has been launched in Diya

This program will help Ukrainian entrepreneurs survive the extremely difficult winter, preserve jobs and the stable operation of services and production in communities during constant Russian shelling and emergency outages.

The project is implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and the State Employment Service.

This is a non-refundable financial assistance of UAH 7,500 to UAH 15,000 for the energy independence of your business. The amount depends on the number of employees.

Who can receive funds?
  • Individual entrepreneurs of groups 2 or 3, registered no later than December 1, 2025
  • have at least one employee
  • have no outstanding debts for payment of the Social Security Tax

What are the areas of activity (by main KVED)?

Food: bakeries, cafes, cafeterias, small businesses, grocery stores.

Health: pharmacies, private medical offices, outpatient clinics.

Service: repair teams, workshops, service centers, small construction sole proprietorships.

Social support: kindergartens, development centers, care and assistance to people in difficult life circumstances.

Logistics: courier services, small logistics companies and others.

What to spend on?

Money can be spent on anything that provides energy: from fuel for a generator to solar panels, batteries, inverters and their installation or payment for electricity services.

Log in to the Diya portal

In the "Entrepreneurship" category, select the service "Energy Sustainability Assistance for Individual Entrepreneurs" and submit an application.

Check your details and indicate what you plan to spend your money on.

Sign the application and wait for the credit to be credited to your Action.Card.

Program duration: February-March 2026.
