Taking into account the expiration of passes for the right to travel within the territory of the Kharkiv region within the curfew hours 10.02.2026 We inform business entities about the need to prepare for the replacement of passes for the right to travel within the territory of the Kharkiv region within the curfew hours.
Please note the deadlines for replacing passes:
- from 01/10/2026 to 01/20/2026, processing and submission of applications for the issuance of passes in accordance with the established procedure (the application is attached in electronic form);
- from 01/20/2026 to 01/30/2026 approval of submitted applications by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration;
- from 02/01/2026 to 02/10/2026, processing and issuing of passes by the commandant's office of the Kharkiv region.
